Graphic Approval
Graphic approval may be confirmed by email based on our supplied graphic proof. Production lead time begins 1 day after graphic proof approval.

MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
When placing an order with MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC the customer agrees to the terms or our limited liability, and return and refund policies.
MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC limit of liability is the purchase price of the product purchased. The customer agrees to hold MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the product purchased. MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC does not refund shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products. MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC. is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, misdirected or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC control. A product may be either refunded or repaired at MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC discretion, if it is within the return policy time frame.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by www.mydisplaysource.com without notice at any time, for any reason. Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call 855-MYSOURCE for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the address provided by MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC. during RMA process, within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. Printed graphics are non-refundable due to its custom nature. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 25% open box restocking fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.
However, if your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements.
Credit & Invoicing
Payment is due upon purchase of the products from MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC. Due to short project timelines, MYDISPLAYSOURCE™, LLC. does not finance or extend terms for projects unless arrangements are made directly with MYDISPLAYSOURCE™,LLC. This will be handled on a case by case basis and subject to credit approval.
